Dan Duling

Last Lives

[produced 1996 by Promark, dir. Worth Keeter, starring Billy Wirth, C. Thomas Howell, Jennifer Rubin, Judge Reinhold.]

Premiered on the Sci-Fi Channel, October, 1997. Available on video from Hallmark Entertainment. Shot in North Carolina. Features my unforgettable cameo as the Body Bag Officer (“He was dead, I tell you, dead!”). A political prisoner from a parallel universe comes to this world to kidnap the woman of his dreams. He brings along two vicious killers to protect them from the fuss that naturally ensues after they materialize at his dream girl’s wedding, kill the groom and best man and flee in the rented limo. Re-animated by a series of life-bands, the groom goes after his bride and learns to fight “like a man who has no fear of death,” rescuing her against heavy odds when the police start shooting everyone.

Looking ahead in 2012.
